The first sermon in our series looking at 2 Corinthians. This sermon was on verses 1:1-11 and had two main points: 1. In Christ, both suffering and comfort are inevitable (1-5) 2. In Christ, both suffering and comfort are purposeful (6-11)

- They unite us around shared hope (7)
- They drive us to prayerful reliance (8-11)
